Icon to access all macros

Is there a way to add an icon to the toolbar in Word so
that you can access ALL of your stored macros? Thanks!

Hi, Janet,

Yes, although I'm guessing at what you mean by "all"...

You can run or edit the macros in *all templates that are currently loaded,
either attached to the active document or in global templates*. If the
macros are in some other template, you have to load that template (through
the Tools > Templates and Add-Ins dialog or by opening a document based on
it).

As Word's default, you would get menu access through either Tools > Macro >
Macros or Tools > Macro > Visual Basic Editor. You can use the Tools >
Customize dialog to create a custom button for either of these: Select Tools
in the Categories pane, then find "Macros..." or "Visual Basic Editor",
respectively, in the Commands list and drag it to the toolbar of your
choice.
