I have Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. I have been invited to a meeting.
When I click the Scheduling tab on the meeting on my calendar, there is a
list of attendees. The left hand column of the list has icons in it. The
icon for the meeting scheduler is an envelope that says "send meeting to
this attendee", but the others have an envelope icon with an X through it
that says "don't send meeting to this attendee". Why is that? Is it to
prevent attendees that were not the originator of the meeting from sending
out additional invitations?
