Icons/pics not showing up

This doc was given to me to "fix" formatting. Don't know the orig ver of the
doc but it was older than what I have now (2003). If I convert the doc to a
pdf, it looks great. While experimenting with diff versions, I sometimes can
see the pics in print preview, but not in any view or when printing. Someone
suggested I use OCR software to fix. Also the formatting (bullets, indents,
etc.) doesn't act right. Please advise.

"Doesn't act right" isn't really descriptive enough to help us guess what may be
going on this document.

The standard trouble-shooting procedure would be to copy all except the last
paragraph mark to a new document and see how many of the problems that fixes...

You could also try saving as an XML document, closing, then re-opening and see
if that shakes out any of the problems.
