Icons rather than Folder List

I would like to customize Outlook 2003 with Icons( like Outlook 2000) rather
than the Folder list. How do I do this??

Huh? Do you mean the outlook bar? Outlook 2003 does not have an outlook
bar - only the folder list and the other modules that are part of the
navigation pane. The shortcut pane replaces the outlook bar's functionality.
