One of the 4 users on windows XP has put Icon shortcuts on their desktop for
some of Office 2007 programs and now no one else can find them in their
program file from the start menu. How can I get it back. I deleted the short
cuts and still no luck.

Run a Detect and Repair on Office and select the option to restore shortcuts.

that before I asked for help.

In any Office program, Detect and Repair is in the help menu.

Yes..first question is how do I FIND THE PROGRAM AND RESTORE IT TO ALL THE
USERS. If I could get to the OFFICE program and get to help I could do that.
Right now only one person on windows xp can use OFFICE 2007 because when they
put a shortcut to their desk top it removed the whole program ( everything )
just to that user and yes we are all adminitrators.
