ICQ Outlook Bar

I have just got office 2003 and I notice there is an ICQ outlook bar but how
does it work? Apart from ICQ itself all other commands are greyed out , can
someone please shed any light please. TIA

This isn't part of Outlook, it's installed by ICQ. You'd have to contact

OK thanks, I thought it funny because I would've thought they'd have used
MSM or Windows Messenger!
