Hello All,
We are currently running Outlook 2007 w/Exchange 2003 SP 2. When certain
clients send us meeting requests (from Lotus Notes, not sure which version),
the attachments come into Outlook as .msg files, at which point our users
cannot accept the request. In OWA, the attachment shows as an .ics file and
can be opened and accepted.
Since OWA shows the attachment as .ics, can I reason that it's not Exchange
that is performing the conversion? If that is the case, does anyone know how
I can configure Outlook to keep the attachment in it's original form?
Thanks in advance!!!
