ID Label Printing

I am trying to do ID labels - 2 across and down. I am not doing very well
in the sizing of the lables. Is a report th best way to do this?

Yes, if the data for the labels is in a database. If not, MSWord might be a
better choice.

Make a new report, use the 'Label Wizard' to help you. If you are using a
standard commercial label it is probably listed in the drop down list of
available label configurations. If not, pick a label with a width of 3.65
inches. Any height will do for starters. You will have to adjust the height
to accommodate the number of labels your sheet of labels has in each row after
the basic label design is completed. Follow the 'Label Wizard' instructions to
insert data for each label.

Make a print on plain paper to check the layout against a sheet of labels. Do
not change the width of the report in design mode. 3.65 inches is correct for
a sheet with 2 rows of labels. You may move the controls around within that
width.
