I'd like to develop a COM add-in for Outlook....

And I'm looking for any and all pointers to good tutorials about writing COM
components for Outlook 2000, XP and 2003.

This project will be a freeware project to help filter spam.

Any links you could toss my way would be greatly appreciated.
