ID NUMBER TO REINSTALL PROGRAM

B

Bobi

I made the dumbest mistake by uninstalling my Office
Program, not realizing I did not have the correct ID
number to type in, forgetting that I even needed one. My
original package is "long gone," but I thought I had typed
the correct number on my label, only to learn that 2
characters are missing! How can I retrieve the complete
number, it's been at least 4 years when I purchased this
software.

The reason I uninstalled was that I lost my menu/tool bar
line at the top of Word Documents; I tried everything I
knew to do, but it would never come back, even after used
repair file; it did not work and why I decided to reload
the program again.

HELP.............

HELP.............
There is a free download on the Internet which will help you.
AIDA32 will disclose your Office Product Key. Get it here:
Aida32: http://www.aida32.hu/aida-download.php?bit=32
Make sure you download the version which says "Enterprise System
Information"

Once you install it, run it, then click on the entry in the list on the
left side labeled "Software", then click on the entry labeled
"Licenses." Your Office Product Key will be displayed on the right
side.

Donald,
You might want to actually read the OP. Aida or any other keyfinder ain't
gonna' help him since Office isn't on his computer anymore.

You may be able to get help by contacting MS(see the website for contact info),
but if you don't have the original pkg. or any proof of purchase you may be
SOL.

Good Luck,
John

Hi Bobi,

Reinstalling will not resolve this issue. It is caused by some minor
corruption in the Registry. This article provides the instructions you
need to correct the problem:

Sir, there is no need to become abusive because I misread something. I
must remind you that YOU made no attempt to help her. At least I tried
to help.

You prove to me that men and women are losing their sense of basic human
decency. You should be ashamed of yourself.
