I did a web search (didn't find anything) and also tried some basic VBA
(application. and windows. looking at the auto-complete options) but can't
find anything that will return the currently logged in user's userID. I need
to verify who is logged in, and if I get the login ID then I can avoid an
inputbox.
Does anyone have a code snippet that will grab the userID?
I'm in a mixed environment, with both Powerpoint 2000 and XP, as well as
Windows 2000 and XP, so code that can work under either powerpoint version
and grab the userID from either windows version is my ultimate goal.
Many thanks,
Keith
