Identifying outlook versions using dll's

Hi ,

I would like to identify versions of outlook (including which service pack
is installed) by looking at the size of related files on a PC. Is this
possible?

Say, i find the size of Msmapi32.dll or outlook.exe file on a PC, can i
identify which version of outlook is installed including its service pack?

Really appreciate any response on this as this would make my life easier!.
