Identifying scheduled messages as being scheduled

Is there a way to determine when a scheduled message was actually sent
by the user? In other words, if a user creates a message at 3:00PM and
then schedules it to be sent at 11:00PM, is there any way for the
recipient or Exchange administrator to know that it was really sent at
3:00PM?

We've got this person in the office who never seems to reply to email
until after 9:00PM, and we think they they're scheduling their replies
to make them look like exceptionally hard workers.
