related stuff. Which MS product deals with it?

Windows. Are you looking for a Security_Admin forum or a DotNet forum?

Almost any -other- newsgroup with the word Security in the title might
be able to help you. Unfortunately, MS Access uses a security model
that is completely unrelated to any of their other products.
