Identity can't be opened

I have a Mac Powerbook G4 w 10.3.2 running MS Office X with upgrades.
I also have a Mac G4 desktop w 10.3.2. After installing MS Office X
with upgrades on the desktop, when I try to open Entourage I get "
This identity can not be opened with this version". How do I fix this
problem?
Also when I open MS Word on the G4 I get an error message, Microsoft
Framework Library.
