identity in track change mode

I am a professional editor and my identity needs to be masked when I
use the "track changes" function. When I use the "accept or reject"
submenu, my identity appears as the originator of the changes. Is
there any way to eliminate or disable this function? Thanks in
advance.

Well, an obvious solution is to give a false name when you provide
Office 2004 with your identity when you first start it up. Make a new
User at system level, log in as that user, and start up Word - and lie
about your name. Now do all your editing as that user. m.

In Word | Preferences, Security, there is a "remove personal information
from this doc on save" checkbox. If you check it, then save, the name will
just show up as Author.

You will have to check the box for each document individually, but you
should be able to record a macro of doing it, to make it easier.
