Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I have to rebuilt my identity at a regular basis, let's say ONE'S a week... it is taken one hour at least everytime this occur...

Who can help me out on this one, just before dumping my Mac Pro in the water....

Dear just compact the database file first,it will decrease the size of your entourage database file,and hence the rebuilding will take less time.

What error are you getting?

Rebuilding an Exchange account can cause more problems than it fixes. I
would just create a new Identity and let Entourage download all your
mail again from the server. If you have mail under folders "On My
Computer" you'll need to export that for import into the new Identity.
