IE 6.0 - web application dialog boxes are truncated

i have a web application we are using - one of my users is having problems
when the application generates a dialog box - it is truncated so that the box
doesn't show the "next - cancel" buttons at the bottom of the dialog box.

i don't think it is a resolution problem as the screen displays properly.

i tried turning off pop-up blocker and that did not seem to help her either.
it is only the dialog boxes that are generated that display but not large
enough to get to the buttons on them.

thanks so much -

Perhaps the issue could be answered by the folks in the Internet
Explorer group. I don't see how an MS Office application could have any
effect on this.

I'm sorry - I didn't find a group for IE 6.0 and I was just hoping that
someone might have experienced something like this and be able to point me in
the right direction. I did not mean to suggest that any Office application
would have an impact on this.

My apologies to the community.
