IE Blocking

I am pretty new to using OWC but have managed to create some simple line
graphs, embed them in an HTM file and then email it. However, some of the
recipients are reporting that IE is blocking the graphs from being
displayed. It's happening in both IE 6 and 7. I have tried playing with
the security settings in IE without success. Does anyone have a suggestion
to help overcome this?
