Hi Everyone,
One of our EPM users is having problems displaying the "Applied Task Update
Requests and Errors" page, he is getting the following pop-up window from
Microsoft Internet Explorer:
An error was encountered in loading the page. Refresh the page, or contact
your server administrator if this problem persists.
This happens to only one user, when I tried to load the page using my
account it works as expected. We also have this same set-up on a test
environment, so I asked the user to try to access the page he was successful,
which removes our doubts of an IE settings problem.
Also I tried using the users EPM account and changing the log-on account to
my own, and when I tried to access the page using his EPM account I am indeed
getting the said error above.
Could anyone please help me with this issue? Could this be related to a data
problem (project or assignment conflict) with the user's EPM account?
