IE6 Visio display issues

I have visio 2003 installed on my PC.When I click on a link pointing to vsd
file it opens a blank page. I am using IE 6 version.

The vsd file extn is correctly mapped to VISIO.EXE

I have enabled the Activex script.

You are clicking on a link on a webpage in IE6?
Is the file being blocked by a firewall setting or other security
feature?
When you say it opens a blank page, do you mean a blank page in IE or
in Visio?
