My entire organisation got patched with IE7 using WSUS.
Some mail from certain senders have problems.
a) for some mail, the message headers are missing when you print the
article, this is non printer specific (ie: the headers will go missing,
which is verified using a pdf distiller, a canon network copier/printer
and hp printers).
b) for some mail, sections of the body text will go missing when you
hit reply/reply allforward(in fact, seems like everything after the
initial body is missing by the sender).
I've identified that these mails are lotus notes email.
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
MIME-Version: 1.0
X-Mailer: Lotus Notes Release 6.5.4 March 27, 2005
This kind of behaviour does not occur prior to IE7 being installed
the workaround for the first problem is to do a forward prior to
printing, (CTRL-F), but when coupled with the second problem, it is
REALLY REALLY annoying...
reading html as plain text is not an option.
Any solutions/patches?
