IE7 and res://ieframe.dll

Since I downloaded IE7 for Windows XP SP2 I can't open my https site.
Message says there is a problem with this Website's security certificate.
Address is in my Trusted sites list. If I continue to the Website it does
bring me to the correct site, but I get another message which says current
site: res://ieframe.dll What does this mean?

It is not an Office problem.

Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:

If you must use a web interface:
