IE7 + OL2003 bug? HTML mail message format is changed to text form

Hi All,

I have a user who recently installed IE7.

Now his OL2003sp2 has issue - whenever he receives or draft emails, the
original HTML mail message format is changed to text format.

This is clearly an OL issue because when he uses OWA - result is ok. Mail
format is still in HTML.

I tried using outlook /safe and creating another profile but still the same
result.

Also, the OL setting - "read all standard mail in plain text" is not enabled.

I tried google but cannot find any solution.

Any ideas guys?

Update,

Problem solved. It's a bug. I've just installed the latest IE7 released
last night, and it is ok now.
