in IE7 they updated ieframe.dll, but it is NOT completely backward
compatible. An Access app distributed with office xp runtime would crash
when opening a form using the browser control going to a web page, or when
trying to send mail using a 'mailto' url passed to it. fortunately the fix
is easy, just open the form on a development system that has ie7, resave it,
and redistribute the app... once updated with the new ieframe.dll it seems
to still work on ie6 system.
