iexplore.exe One too many

Lately I have made some changes to my computer to try and
combat problems that arising. The first problem is that
after I turn on my computer and log in, it reboots.
Before this started happening I had added a new harddrive
and dvd drive. Last night I cleaned off a smaller
harddrive and put all the info the new drive. Now, my
computer is still running slow and rebooting. I also
noticed that the iexplore.exe is listed in the processes
23 times. Does anyone have any idea of what I did wrong?

Get an updated virus scanner, run it with the latest updates (or use
Housecall from Trend Micro). Then purchase or download a free AV program.
Stay off of my Internet until you do.
