Hi, I need help please: How could I get rid of the following message:

"iexplore.exe - application error
The instruction at "0x01201ea8" referenced memory at "0x01201ea8". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program"

First of all you are posting in the wrong newsgroup. This should be posted in the microsoft .public.internetexplorer.general group

Secondly I know of two things that can cause this issue
(1) incompatible AddOns
(2) You can be infected with some sort of Malware

Repost this to the internet explorer newsgroups to get a more comprehensive answer

Hi JoAnn, I was trying to install my new Office 2007 and when it came to
insert dish #2, I think I put the dish twice.

What I would do (and I'd be winging it) would be to try to install it again.
If you got an error message, I wouldn't think it managed to install anything
yet.
