iexplorer.exe application error when closing Project Server

In the last couple of days, we have been receiving the error:
iexplorer.exe --application error. "The instruction at 0x024d3e8d
referenced memory at 0x024d3e8d. The memory could not be read". I
researched this and tried the suggestion to uncheck the "enable third-party
browser extensions" under IE, then run a program like Spybot, delete the
spyware, then recheck the box. Unfortunately, this did not work. The
functionality of ProjectServer works fine but this has become a nuisance to
all who utilize the program. Any help is always greatly appreciated. Tia

Try removing and reinstalling the ActiveX controls that project server installs for IE. Take a look for the post entitled "Web access crash" from Brian Edwards on this newsgroup for instructions.
