IEXPLORER.EXE Error

I get an error on my computer that is a gray box the top
of the box says Add Word:IEXPLORER.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x01ff5540" referenced memory
at "0x01ff5540". The memory could not be "read". Click on
OK to terminate the program
How can I fix this error?
