Sorry,I worded the 1st request badly.
I have a form that has 2 subforms. If more than one user opens the main
order form, the subform for the orderdetails is blank.
Each user has his own copy on their harddrive. I don't see any record locks.
If the 1st user closes his copy and the 2nd user refreshes his copy the
subform will appear.
They are not looking at an existing record, but a form that was created to
add a new record.
The main form has all the text boxes and drop down list to add the order
(this part is fine) the subform is for the orderdetails and this is the
subform that is missing.
