If and Or Functions in Same Cell

Before I pull out the last of my hair, can someone please correct the
following formula:

=IF(or(ABS(F35/D35)>3%)),(ABS(F35/e35)>3%)),"Yes","-")

I am sure it is something stupid that I am doing or not.

=IF(OR(ABS(F35/D35)>3%, ABS(F35/E35)>3%), "Yes", "-")
