if and vlookup

I have 3 colomns and a few rows.
I need to look up colomn C where it has either "N" for no or "Y" for yes.
I need a formula where if it says yes, then I need it to grab a number on
column B and multiply it by a specific tax %. If it is a no, just to leave it
alone.

So it looks like this
Tax is E1
A B C D

Try something like this:

=IF(C1<>"Y","",B1*E1)

Copy down as needed.
