if content of table surpasses the end of the page move cel to next

I have a template with at table in it of 1 colum and 4 rows.
On startup a userform is loaded in which you can put all the info en when
ready all that data will be written in the document.

Now i was wondering if it is possible to check if the content of a cell
surpasses the end of a page and when it does to move the tablerow plus the
rows that follow from that point on to the next page.

On the Rows tab of the Table Properties dialog, uncheck the box for "Allow
row to break across pages"
