If empty Norton Antispam in Outlook 2000 will blocked list work?

I'm not sure I understand the question. outlook 2000's blocked list is rules
based and not affected by the anti spam program.

Thanks for your reply. I should have been more specific. As you know, some
emails automatically go into Norton Antispam in Outlook 2000 if they're
already on the blocked list. Others go into my inbox with a warning [....
spam....] when I can then determine whether or not to block it. My Norton
Antispam folder is now over 1000 emails. If I delete those emails, will they
still remain on my blocked list (which is what I want). I'm guessing from
your reply that my hunch is correct, but would like to be sure. Please
advise and many thanks.
