IF formula & COLOURED CELL

I would like to use a formula if A1 (e.g.$15) is filled in yellow then
A1*2%, if in green then A1*1%.....Is there any way to do that. TIA.

Not without VBA programming code, and even then it wouldn't work well. Don't
use color as information.
