if i reload office 2003 will i lose my saved files

serciuty updates for the following can not be installed
Update for InfoPath 2003 (KB920103)
Security Update for Office 2003 (KB921566)
Security Update for Publisher 2003 (KB894542)
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB921580)

if i use the orginal installation cd will my exsisiting files be wiped or is
there another solution
