if I send a message, can I turn something on so it can not be forw

I would like to send a message, but I do not want it forwarded to anyone else.
Is there a way to set this on a per message bases.

Not unless you have Digital Rights Management installed. That usually calls
for Windows Server 2003 and AFAIK does not operate outside of your domain.
