I would like to execute and SQL query in access, but only in certain cases,
how ? (not in VBA, but directly in an SQL query)

May be I should use a procedure, if so, how ? could you give me an exemple ?
May be the IIF clause, but how ?

You'll have to clarify what you're trying to do. What do you mean by
"execute and SQL query"? Is this an action query, e.g. an Append or
Update query, or are you trying to open a select query datasheet?
