If Multiple Criteria

Hi, I have a column H with numbers 1 - 1000, I would like to add
another column and J use a formula to rank the numebers in the main
column,

So for example, if the number in column H is between 1 and 10 then put
10 into Column J, if it is between 11 and 20 put 9, 21 and 30, put 8,
31 and 40 put 7 and 41 and 50 put 6 in column J and so on down to 1 if
the number in column H is between 91 and 100

Is there an easy way to do this
