If option box changed, delete record

I have a main form called f001ProjectReview with a subform called
f018ContrPerfEmissGua.

The subform has 2 option groups with radio buttons.

optCTorSTorGEN to select CT, ST or GEN
If ST is chosen then the 2nd option group is visible
it is optHPorIPorLP to select HP, IP or LP

Now, the issue is...

If they change their option on either option group(optCTorSTorGEN or
optHPorIPorLP ), the current record in the subform should be deleted so they
can enter the correct data associated with their new option group choice.

How can this be done? Thanks in advance!!
