took a picture of a celeb and it is slightly out of focus,picture was taken
using a nokia 6720 mobile phone.Is there a program or the like that can maybe
auto focus??

Some image editing programs do what's called Sharpening. That can sometimes
improve a slightly out of focus photo somewhat.

If you don't have such a program, try IrfanView. It does sharpening, it's free:

Don't expect miracles. For that you need more powerful magic than current
processors and software can provide. ;-)
