If statement in a form

Is it possible to have an If statement in a form?
I created a label template form (there are 6 labels on a sheet). I am using text form field for the name, address, city, state and zip. Each zip text form field is bookmarked 1-6 so that the Barcode field will show appropiate zip barcode. The problem is if I do not use several of the labels then "Zip code not valid" will print on the blank labels. I was wondering if there is a way to place an If statement in or make a macro. I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to answer my question. Have a Happy Holiday!

Hi Danielle,

If you place a formfield inside an { IF } field construction, it will no
longer work, so I think that method is out. You may however be able to
achieve what you want by turning off the Update fields option under
Tools>Options>Print as it is the updating of the fields by the print
operation that is probably causing that message to be printed.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps

Thank you for taking the time to write back. I tried changing the Update field but that did not work. I guess I am going to have to figure out another way to make the labels appear with barcodes. Thanks again.
