If the email contains embedded images, email goes blank OL2007

Hi,
I am facing a performance issue in Outlook 2007. I have application which
sends out emails in HTML format. I have coded it such a way to embed the
images programatically (using .net2.0 Linkedresource object).

I have tested and emails are appearing correctly in recipient mailbox with
the images embedded in email body (outlook 2002). The problem is with
Outlook 2007, where the email comes as complete blank in email body and all
images which were embedded are coming as attachment files with the blank
email.

Any suggestion, what is the problem with Outlook 2007 only?
