If ... then.... else

I need to merge a sign off name on a letter depending on
another field. Normally I would just use if... then ...
else but I need to put an OR in the IF. If I just use 2
of them then I get the else in once or twice (depending on
if it is going to have the then field)

I know I'm being unclear but I can't get it any smoother -
please help!

Thanks I found a simpler way of doing it so never mind -
putting in multiple If... then... else... fields leaving
no space in between worked - WHATEVER!! Just too difficult
to explain.
