if, then, frequency functions

If you've seen my other post close to this, ignore it. I have another idea.

I have 4 columns
Day Date Time Successful

How would I word a function that would check a range (e.g. e1:e50), for
those that have a "yes" value in them, i then want to use a frequency
function.

lemme know if that makes any sense.
