IF THEN QUESTION

New to EXCEL. I have 25 worksheets listed consecutively. What's the formula
for the following scenario.

If j7 in worksheet 1 is 20, I want it to go to worksheet 20 and obtain a
number from a given cell(lets say d39). If later I change it(j7 from
worksheet1) to 3, I want it to go to worksheet 3 and get a number from a cell
(d39). In other words, J7 will change once a week and I want to make sure
that it goes to the worksheet specified.
