If you cant get this beta progam working scrap it!!!!!!!!

Subject:[Office Live basics Beta]
No matter how hard i try or what i do this progam will not work right
for me.I type text in click ok and the text comes out all messed up,over
and over agen.If it is something i am doing wrong please please tell me.
I really need to get this web site up and running as soon as posible!
I know scrap it is mean, but please under stand i have been trying to
get this program to work right for 3 weeks now.I am at the end of my
rope so to say.
