IGET AN ERROR MSG WHEN LOADING OFF 2000,OLEDB\MSOLAP..DLL MISSING.

whenever I TRY TO LOAD MS OFFICE 2000 I get an error msg informig me I need a
file OLEDB\MSOLAP.DLL where do Iget this file. I'm runing windows xp
home edition.
