I'd like to be able to set a word to "Ignore All" as is possible in Word.
If I have page that contains a name that is repeated on that page, but is
not something I intend to use on other pages, I don't want to keep
selecting "Ignore" over and over, and I don't necessarily want to add it to
the dictionary.
