Ignore apostrophe when importing csv file into Access table

Hi - I am using Microsoft Access 2003. When importing a csv file into an
Access table I am having problems importing when my "location name" fields
contain an apostrophe in the name such as Northwest Women's Group. For that
rows data the information to the right of the "location" column are not being
imported.

How do I tell access to ignore the apostrophe's in the columns when
importing the data?
